Plot :  The story is set up in 1980" , revolving around con man and murderer  Charles Sobhraj played by Randeep Hooda  , in the movie  Main aur Charles , the Main is Chief Investigating Officer , Delhi police Amod Kamath played by Adil Hussain ,  reflects  his cat and mouse chase to take Charles in custody for breaking the prison in delhi  and escaping to Goa ,   only to be caught by Mumbai Police . Amod gets offended that Charles has been caught by Mumbai Police and takes next  flight to Mumbai to take charge of him . During his investigation of Charles case , he comes to know that Charles is a very fascinating man and he has tendency of befriending persons in grief and finding solutions to their problems by going deep and touching their heart , he had this magical effect specially on ladies , mostly hippies from goa and foreigners  whom he would con on and take advantage easily as they as tourist would  land up in some trouble or other while on their visit ,one such

was Alex who was caught and imprisoned for possessing drugs , Charles uses him as a bait to plan the prison break , and 3 other inmates plus Richa Chaddha (Mira ) , who is a student of law studying criminal law , and during her  jail visit  for case study , she meets Charles in Delhi , and as usual is fascinated by his charm and his French accent , she falls for him and agrees to help him to plan prison break , with all planning he had managed to escape in a very wonderful way by drugging all inmates and policemen .

The trail begins in court , and all 5 people including Alex and Meera are also caught , but alex and meera opts for being the witness against Charles , what happens after that is for you to watch .

PERFORMANCE : Charles played by Randeep Hooda , has done total justice to his character , he has acted well with good French accent , Richa Chadda is excellent , Adil has also done his role perfectly . But all this talent has gone waste as the movie lacks a good direction and it drags with repetitive scenes of Charles fascination with women . the story lacks width and the story is incomplete it leaves with a question mark , the background music is more effective than the story line .
It could have been a good plot if it would have been properly researched and written , the story lacks home work which it required

Anyway its good once watch only for Randeep and Richa Performances

STORY ON SALMAN KHAN

Salman Khan visited Ahmedabad to kick start the promotions of Prem Ratan Dhan Payo, which is his next.

The Bajrangi Bhaijaan actor headed towards a Garba event after attending a press conference in Ahmedabad.The actors were in high spirits while they celebrated Navratri with the Ahmedabad audiences. Salman even played a few Garba steps on the tunes of Prem Ratan Dhan Payo, while Sonam joined him and the duo treated the audiences to the signature moves from the title track of the film.

The crowd went crazy on seeing Salman do Garba.

The actor received a lot of Prem in return when a big red box was presented to him on his departure. from ahmedabad

The box contained nearly 10,000 love letters from fans across the city.

The sweet gesture was undertaken by Salman's Ahmedabad fan's as a token of love for their favourite star.

Says a source, “Salman was pleasantly surprised by the gesture and thanked the audiences for showering him with so much love.

 PLOT :  The film Shaandaar starts like a Disney fairy tale story narrated by Naseeruddin Shah with animated characters for about 5 minutesand then those characters turn to life and the story begins , the story is about a destination wedding , well actually it is a business deal  cum wedding between two rich  families ,  who in reality are bankrupt , in order to protect and save the business wedding is planned between  elder daughter of Pankaj Kapoor , and younger brother of Sanjay Kapoor ,who for saving the business is forced to marry sana , who is very fat and the groom leaves no chance to make her aware of her fatness . 
  The  wedding is organised in a big palace which has around 234 rooms , Wedding organiser is none other then Shahid Kapoor (Jaginder Joginder) , while amidst all this  organising wedding thing , he falls in love with sister of the bride alia bhatt (alia) ,  but Pankaj Kapoor is not in favour of jaginder joginder and he does not want him to be near alia . But alia I also attracted to jaginder  joginder .

Each time the groom makes fun of the bride , shahid , pankaj and alia all come to her rescue , but both the bride and groom cannot back out of marriage due to great grandmothers decision .

Both the families are unaware of each others financial status .

On the day of the wedding lots of chaos happens , the groom makes lots of fun of the bride so much so that she is forced to take a bold step , what was that step is for the audience to see , what happens to great grandmother and will Pankaj Kapoor accept Shahid is for audience to watch

 


PERFORMANCES : Shahid Kapoor has done a nice job , Pankaj Kapoor as usual is excellent , Alia is bubbly and has done justice to her role , Sana also has done a good job , But all this will not help  the movie as it lacks story ,

The Film Is not shaandaar but  insane,

The film has been shot beautifully , as the director of photography is Anil Mehta , one of the finest . The locations and the scenes are beautiful, everything else in the movie is insane , there are many characters that have been just pushed in the movie

The music is loud and good  but does not leave an impact ,

The expectations were very high  from Director  Vikas Bahl,, who has directed queen , but with this movie he has seriously let us down , the movie looks like Vikas wanted a big holiday in fairyland like location that's why he has made this movie for fun sake

The   midnight scene where  insomniac alia and shahid meet at a  waterfall is shot beautifully , its like fairy tale wherein alia kisses a frog that turns into a prince charming shahid , specifically is a good scene in the movie .
All in all there is no story to look forward to

Plot  : The story is a sequel of  Pyaar ka Punchnama of  2011 , it revolves around 3 boys who are well settled in their jobs and are sharing an apartment in Delhi , they simultaneously fall in love with girls . Kartik Aaryan (Gogo ) falls in love with Nushrat bharucha (Ruchika uff chiku) , who is surrounded by many girlfriends and best friends , Sunny Singh (Sid) falls in love with
Sonali Sehgal (supriya), whom he met at a family wedding at meerut , she tells him that her parents are conservative and she does not have courage to tell them about her love for sunny so  so first he has to make place in their heart , so he goes on becoming and running around like domestic help all for the girl , who manipulates him  into doing all this , next is Omkar Kapoor who is earning handsomely , he meets Ishita Raj(Kusum)  at a gym , kusum   is a very money minded type of a girl and who al uses all  tricks and trade in a very diplomatic way and  uses his money for her comforts and lifestyle , So Gogo who has fallen for Chiku who is unbelievably dumb and cartoonish , Chiku has a so called best friend who is nothing short of a boyfriend  and yet their relationship is supposed to be platonic which irritates Gogo the most , on top of that Chiku's behaviour of mushy and mushying with her friends and shopping all the time adds more level of irritation to gogo.

Do these relationship sail safely to the shore or get rocked in the middle of the sea is for you to watch

Asix minute monologue by kartik in part 1 had become highlight in this he gets double the time to rumble and grumble about women and how they suck life out of men with their eccentricities ,

Sunny Singh is perfectly cast and has done a good job , Omkar  Kapoor is supremely confident in his role

Nushrat as Chiku is irritating as her character is such for that she has performed perfectly

Ishita Raj as kusum has also played her character perfectly as a bitch

Sonali also plays her part realisticely

Director of the movie Luv Ranjan has shown woman in a bad light , he has shown ugly side of love especiaaly uber class women of Delhi

The movie reveals a truth that one should not simply rush in a relationship blindly which todays fast generation does ,

Let the sea take its own turn but that is very rare these days

The music is good , especially Shaarabi number by toshy and Sharib Sabri
tThere are some hilarious moments , so all in all an entertaining movie though it has dialogues which has some cuss words that are muted

Shashi Ranjan Launches his daughter Anushka in this movie , The story is about Anushka and Diganath who are childhood friends and best friend of each other so much that Anushka after  some fight on petty issue she leaves for London , in frustration , after that Diganath  (Aditya), meets  Sonali sehgal (rhea ),  whose father is a big business man in the field of automobiles , and Aditya is a bike designer so wedding got arranged , On hearing about Aditya's  engagement Anushka comes from London , also breaking the news that she has a boyfriend named J (Karan Grover ) , so both of them decides to get married at the same time , they all plan a destination wedding in Thailand , Amidst all the beautiful locations and romanctic scenes Anushka and Aditya realises that apart from being best friends they are also in love with each other , but Aditya is not ready to accept it and does not the confidence to reveal his love , in comes Rishi Kapoor who is Hoel Manager cum Love guru and good samiratan , so much so then also Aditya realises his love on the pyre of his wedding with Rhea . Phew whether they are able to meet is for you to see,


Verdict : The story is old , lots of stories have come of friendship blooming into love etc , the movie has nothing new to see , there is no chemistry between the hero and heroine , the movie is just a launch pad for  Anushka Ranjan , she appears in each and every scene , , Only locales are good , loud Punjabi wedding with ladies flaunting jewellery and clothes in full swing , Rishi Kapoor plays a good role .

“Not many know that Shahid is an insomniac of sorts, and prefers doing the majority of his work at night. In fact, he even goes to the gym at night, where he spends a couple of hours. He even likes going on late night drives, something he can’t even imagine doing during the day,” says a spokesperson.

Shahid has become such a night person that he has developed a work schedule especially for those hours. At times, the Haider actor prefers reading film scripts at night.  The spokesperson further adds, “He sticks to it and finishes everything on time. Plot : The Movie revolves around Raftar (Akshay Kumar ) , who is good for nothing in his village , his father is upset about his sons behaviour , but adored by his mother , there are some humorous scenes in the village , Raftar's father wants him to settle in work or marry some girl from the village , , in this context raftar is transported to goa for one of  his dads friend work ,

Somewhere in Romania we see Amy Jacksons entry riding a horse witnessed by kay kay menon who plays Mark , who works as villain in the movie , Mark falls for Sara (Amy Jacksons), running from him sara lands up in goa , where raftar was , and who works as Sara's bodyguard , but sara does not speak hindi , in comes Lara Dutta who  plays the role of translator between Sara And Raftar , lara has played a very adorable role . Same story begins wherein Sara and Raftar falls in love and kay kay the villain in this triangle , and lara a good catalyst , all twist and turns a action also done by amy Jackson are mind blowing ,

Though the movie  lacks story but humour and music males the movie entertaining plus stunts by amy are also plus points ,

Akshay kumar  truly blings in this colourful movie with never a dull moment

The event was very lively and Salman Khan was very excited  as he will be returning to Rajshri productions after a big gap 16 years , after Hum Apke Hai kaun, Speaking on the occasion Salman said that he was waiting to play the role of prem again after 16 years , he also said that working with suraj barjayta purifies  yourself and makes him feel good as movies by rajshri are so soothing and pure ,

All the starcast were excited  for the trailer launch , This Diwali will see the double glitter by release of PRDP , Barjatyas who has given us prem who we cant stop adoring - they give us yet again salman khan as prem with a double bonus as he plays a double role in the movie , the trailer gives a glimpse of big scenic sets , special family bonding of togetherness , simplicity at its best , music at its best , cinematography at its best , visually beautiful movie that's what is revelead in the trailer .

Sonam Kapoor speaking on the occasion said that she is huge fan of salman khan since childhood and working with him on sets of PRDP has made her dream come true .

Synopsis – Prem Ratan Dhan Payo

A quintessential family film for all age-groups, Prem Ratan Dhan Payo is Salman Khan's next release and Rajshri Productions and Fox Star Studios Diwali blockbuster release.  The film reunites director Sooraj Barjatya and megastar Salman Khan after their blockbusters Maine Pyar Kiya, Hum Aapke Hain Kaun and Hum Saath Saath Hain.

The film narrates the story of Prem Dilwala, a happy go lucky and innocent man who does Ramleelas (stage plays based on Lord Rama) in Ayodhya, India. Whatever he earns, he donates to a charitable fund which is run by a gorgeous Princess named Maithili (Sonam Kapoor). Prem is enchanted by the simplicity of her nature, how despite she being a princess, leads a normal life and is kind enough to help people constantly. He decided to meet her and express his respect to the causes that she undertakes. What follows next, is dramatic, visually grand and a test of love and relationships. Prem Ratan Dhan Payo, is a complete family film that has dollops of emotions laced into the dramatic plot of the story where the do-gooder Prem has to rely on his instincts and purity of his soul to win over people and every dramatic situation that he is faced with. The film will release on 12^th  Nov.but speaking on lighter side she is the only girl to work as his sister in the movie .

All in all the movie looks promising , musical and beautiful with 9 songs

PLOT : Talvar is based on true  double murder case of Arushi Talwar from Noida and senior house help
The movie is a very well  directed by Meghna Gulzar , Arushi in the movie named as Shruti Tandon who was murdered , The movie depicts step by step investigation of the murder , initial investigation by the police leads to declaration by police chief as honour killing leading to arrest of Shruti'S  Father Dr tandon played by Neeraj Kabi , but ultimately the case goes in the hands of CBI headed by Irfan Khan and his investigation gets Bail for Dr Tandon and incrimates the Servants Kanaiya and the driver but again there is a twist in the case and Irfan is alleged that his disturbed personal life has effect on his investigation he is suspended from the case leading to forming another team who further investigates and the servants get bailed out and the parents are again found guilty , with different opinions from the 2 teams and no solid evidence the bureau chief decides to close the case forever but alas the judge gives a verdict that parents are  found guilty based on   circumstancial evidence and due to that they get arrested ,

The case has lots of complexities , Meghna has shown  total investigation in a very intense way , Dr Tandon played by Neeraj Kabi has potrayed his character depicting the emotional trauma perfectly which dr talvar must have gone through involving murder of his own flesh and blood , Konkana does not have much of a scope but Neeraj has played his part perfectly depicting the pain and emotions in a way that makes you glued to the seat , The plot of the movie steals the show , making your thought process work whether  parents or the servants are guilty or innocent ,

This also depicts that if the initial investigation goes haywire the whole case could go in a wrong direction

The script is brilliantly written by Vishal Bhardwaj

Verdict : 3.5*
