Smeep singh directorial debut , second hand husband , also marks debut of Govinda's daughter Tina Ahuja and also bollywood debut of punjabi actor and singer gippy grewal.
The story revolves around Rajbir (gippy grewal) , who is in love with a lawyer freind Gurpreet (tina Ahuja). the two are set to get married but there is a loophole is that Rajbir's ex wife Neha (geeta basra), ask for a huge alimony amount each month ,on divorce , rajbir reasons with her that he is unable to pay that much amount each month , but neha is very much adamant on the alimony amout , gurpreet advises Rajbir to get Neha married so that the alimony money can be stopped legally , Rajbir goes on Husband hunting spree for Neha , but does not succed as such , then enters Dharmendra , Rajbir's Boss who is himself in mess as he is caught cheating on his wife Beant Kaur (Rati Agnihotri ), and his marriage is also on thr brink of divorce , Neha tries to convince Rajbir to fix her up with Ajit (Dharmendra) as he is a millioniare , then there is the character of Inspector played by Vijay Raaz who has soft corner for neha extending to Beant Kaur later , How everbody tangled and messed up life gets untangled is what the film about .
The most fantastic part of the movie is the presence of great actor Dharmendra , which will leave you laughing with his humorous sentances , and dialogues , and Vijay Raaz is one person that will tickle your funny bones with most intense expressions , the film is a light hearted movie which will keep you smiling throughout ,the icing on the cake is apperance by Harbhajan Singh Cricketer that will receive a lot of applaud ,Gippy Grewal is quite convincing in the movie , as for Tina Ahuja she does not have much screen space and her nervousness is obvious as its her debut movie ,
The movie has typical punjabi song nos and punjabi music .
Overall a good entertainer to star your weekend , its a cleaan slapstick comedy , ,
