Mumbai, February 10 2016 :The channel brings sensational singers Mohit Chauhan and Neeti Mohan
to recreate the popular title song of the show

over the last three seasons, bindass’ Yeh Hai Aashiqui has been defining love and relationships through impossible love stories, encouraging youngsters to follow their heart and believe in true love. And now, the series is back – this time with more drama, more romance and more craziness. With newer stories and fresh new characters, Yeh Hai Aashiqui is back with a whole new season!
Sometimes, you need to lose your mind to follow your heart because you cannot be wise and in love at the same time. Sometimes, just sometimes, it’s important to break the rules. This new season of the flagship property will feature stories that revolve around this very recklessness of the youth, which stems from their passion while in love. The show will narrate fun, crazy, intense and exhilarating love stories of a few young lovers, who will cross the boundaries, put everything at stake, and go to unimaginable levels to win their love in the most unconventional manner possible.
To add to the intensity and bring in much more romance to the series, bindass has brought together - Mohit Chauhan and Neeti Mohan, two of the most popular singers known for some of the biggest romantic hits to recreate the popular title track of the show which has almost become a relationship anthem for the youth today. Adding in their own rendition and style to the song, the duo will have a significant presence in the series as well. Commenting on his association with the show, Mohit Chauhan said, “When I was asked to render my voice for the title song of the show, I agreed to do it because the song is so passionate and evokes so much emotion. Both Neeti and I were allowed to be free and express the song in our own way. While singing for the song, we also rendered some fresh portions which were not part of the original composition. I will also have a significant presence in the show where I will be playing the role of a “Sutradhaar” who will stitch the story through a song in the episode, and I’m really happy to be a part of it.”
Giving her views on collaborating with Mohit Chauhan, Neeti Mohan said "I went on a nostalgia trip when I was approached to sing for bindass' show Yeh Hai Aashiqui. I got my first break as a playback singer after being part of a winning team of a popular music reality show. I truly believe that television is a powerful platform, and one that has a very loyal fan base. Having worked with Mohit in the past, there's already a camaraderie that we share. And the song itself, is such a beautiful one, it gives me goosebumps whenever I hear it. Mohit and I are creating a different version of this song, and we really hope that it’s liked by the audiences. I am extremely excited for this project."
Co-produced by Red Dot Tellyworks & Bodhi Tree Productions, and launching on 21st February, 2016 at 6 pm, the new season of Yeh Hai Aashiqui promises to be bigger than ever.
