I am eternally thankful to Malaika for being a part of my newest venture, she has always been a lucky mascot. A lot of hardwork has gone behind making the academy as it is today. Each equipment to each course we provide is carefully selected to help foster careers of budding chefs, food-preneurs and food enthusiasts”
Excited for Chef Rakhee, the stunning Malaika Arora Khan said, “I owe all my cooking, or the experience of it, to Rakhee. She is the most humble, patient and wonderful teacher I have come across (obviously the only one!). She makes teaching and learning a very pleasurable experience. I have had the great fortune of attending many classes at Palate Culinary Studio and now the whopping Palate Culinary Academy with Rakhee. Whenever I want a recipe, I just pick up the phone and ask Rakhee for help. This is the best part about her—cooking with such passion that you give her a brief, or just few keywords, and a recipe flows out of her.”
Present at the launch, Mr. Natarajan A., Head - New Business Unit, Whirlpool of India said, “ We are extremely excited with our first experiential Built-in culinary studio in Mumbai. We have established it with Chef Rakhee Vaswani with her palate culinary studio that shall display 30 Built-In Kitchen Appliance in Mumbai. With the ongoing demand of Whirlpool’s built-in kitchen appliances in India, it has become imperative for us to have a stand-alone working studio where the homemakers can come and experience the whole range in its full glory and functional form, and can make purchase decisions rationally. I am hopeful that with Whirlpool range of Built-in kitchen appliances, the homemakers/amateurs can now transform their kitchens into modern marvels.”
